When people are working the sandwiches are just fine and made we?ll. My low rating is because they are never open to anything... close of advertised hours. Was pretty excited for this location to open but multiple times now I?ve tried to go and they?ve beenclosed an hour ahead of time. Tonight I tried, (only 15 minutes before close so I understand) but lights were off and parkinglot empty. This brand new location is next to a Culver?s that has a line all the time.. you?d think they would catch overflowfrom impatient people? that only works if you are open when you say you are I guess. Update 6/21/22 : phone is shut off an hourand a half before closing. Nothing has been changed despite many customer complaints. I really want to eat here but holy molyI?ve never seen any restaurant be this bad about hours and service. Read more
"freaky fast" but 15 minute wait in drive thru for a basic #1 sub? Ok.
We used to order from them 2-3 times a week. Now however, we do so 1-2 times a month. This used to be my family's favorite... place to eat, but the location specifically in Cottage Grove has changed our opinion from 5 stars to 1-2 stars at best. Weorder online and have to wait in long drive thru lines because the inside is never open. We order all times throughout the dayand it is never open. I had an issue with a sandwich 2 years ago and they also didn't care about us as a customer then either. I reduced our ordering habit from them then too, but if you attempt to go here enough, you will see for yourself that howseriously the take customer service. Right next door is a Culver's that is probably the most busy restaurant in town at alltimes a day and JJs sits empty most of the time. Everyone is seeing the trend for this specific JJs. This franchisee is notgood and not capable of running a location that really should be thriving. There aren't many options for food in this towncompared to other surrounding townships/cities. Yet this location is not thiving. It is just super inconsistent with bothcustomer service and availability. Please go to another JJs in another town. They are all better equipped to handle yourexperience. Subway is now becoming the best option in town. It is so sad for a quality company to be run so poorly as thisJJs. Read more
I came in one night right before close and received excellent service from the 4 teenagers on shift at the time. Mika Will Max... and Josh took my large order and executed it perfectly I was extremely happy. Read more
Sometimes they deliver fast 15 min, sometimes more like 40 minutes. Sometimes delivery is unavailable. Lol. Foods always good... though. Read more
5 employees working, 4 at the drive through and sandwich making counter & 1 making bread. I was at the register at least 10... minutes (1st in line)and there was a line behind me. I finally asked if there was someone who could wait on the line at theregister. Woman behind counter snapped at me that they ONLY had 5 people working. True, but none were waiting on the customersin the store, only the drive thru and deliveries. Finally got Waited on and got my sub 20 minutes later. Read more
