This is my Remake burger for the first one that was raw. Are you kidding me? Got both burgers in a matter of seconds. Tried... calling 5 times after the employee hung up on me after he insisted they checked my burger to assure it was cooked. They thenunplugged the phone. This McDonald?s needs to be shut down. Ordered on Mobile App. When I went inside to pick up I was told by the cashier that he didnt see my order. I showed him order... number, receipt and amount on my phone. At that point, what I assume was the 'manager', stopped sweeping the dining room andsaid mobile orders have been delayed and there is nothing she could do about it. I asked her how I could be refunded and sherepeated 'there is nothing we can do about it'. She did assure me though if they didnt get the order then I wouldn't be charged.She was short and annoyed with me. Far too busy cleaning the dining room, probably to close early. I didn't bother asking her toexplain what they would do when the 'delayed order' arrived in there system. Here we are one day later and the charge remains onmy Credit Card. What a racket! Read more
Just an absolute disaster. They haven't gotten my order right a single time. Charged me for an extra sandwich that I didn't... order and never gave a receipt. Small coffee instead of medium and they clearly didn't make it right as it tastes like water.VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. Read more
WORST McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. We have tried on a handful of occasions to grab lunch, a coffee, or even icecream and it?s... one thing or another. On various occasions they have forgotten the meat in the sandwhich, my iced coffee has been straight creamand the color of milk, and repeatedly having items unavailable. The staff is consistently unprofessional and difficult and it?sgenerally a poor experience all around. Will be finding other options in cottage grove. Read more
The drive-through woman could not compute my change, the burger was greasy, so bad so it was leaking out of the box. The french... fries were undercooked. I spent $20 on two meals and didn?t eat half of mine. Read more
Employees have a constant attitude, never smiling or greeting customers, rush you when placing an order, when in lobby ordering,... instead of a ?we?ll be right with you? so the customer feels acknowledged, they stare and walk away leaving you waiting.Employees are on their phones, orders most times are wrong or missing items. A family member previously visited and calledcorporate, was told she would get a follow up and NEVER did! Read more
I repeated my order 3 times to assure I got the right thing, my breakfast sandwich had no egg and no cheese. Which I... specifically asked for to be added. I won't be returning. And don't waste your time filling out the online survey on yourreceipt it won't get you anything. Read more
Terrible place! Waited a long time to put order in. Then was directed to 2nd window to pay and get order. Clerk at the window... never said hi, goodbye or thank you! My husband's burger was raw! We live about 8 miles from this McDonalds so we did not driveback to complain. I tried to call to see what could be done about the situation but there was some stupid recorded message andcouldn't get through to speak to anyone! I guess we are out $20.00+.
