So I am not sure how this place is rated highly? Maybe because its main local competitor was Pizza Hut, which sucks. I have... tried to give this place chances since I moved to Cottage Grove. But the pizza here is not very good. It always amazes me thatpeople open and invest in restaurants not realizing their food is trash. This place is a miss. I will just drive the extra10-15 minutes to better options. Pizza shouldn't be that hard, especially when you charge what this place does. Plus, theemployees working here are not the greatest. Tonight, the last night I visit this place, the girl at the drive thru was notfriendly or polite. And I regret adding a tip pre-paid on the order. Read more

Best Pizza, spaghetti and Lasagna and gatlic bread/bread sticks in Madison. No other place can compare.

Usually like papa Jimmy's, tonight's call ahead order not so much. Waited 10 mins for someone at the drive up despite honking. ... Then asked to drive around to park and wait on bread sticks for another 10 mins and counting. Not a great experience today. Update- finally called them and waited another 5 mins. Just over 30 mins. Got home and surprised to see our 2 pints of icecream was barely 1.5 pints. Very disappointed, taking off one more star. Read more

My wife and I had the pleasure of trying Papa Jimmy's Pizzeria tonight. We both really enjoyed the thin crust pepperoni pizza.... If you like pizza with a good crunchy crust like we do, then you will throughly enjoy this. Cheese great, pepperoni excellent,and when you add in some tasty sauce it's amazing. The breadsticks were really soft and pillowy. These were my wife's favoriteand she especially enjoyed the dusting of parmesan cheese on top. I ordered the mozzerella sticks for myself (no I did notshare lol). These are my favorite mozzerella sticks. There are a few places that carry similar tasting versions of these, and Ithoroughly enjoy them every time. Yum! And we can't forget to mention the ice cream. The Chocolate Shoppe has THE BEST icecream ever and shout out to Papa Jimmy's for serving it. Will eat again ???? Read more
