It used to be the go to place for a good steak, but something has happened as they are not nearly as flavorful or tender, it... started getting to be hit and mis to the point of always a miss, and the help seems to be more interested in parting thanattending to customers. what has happened? new owners or just don't care anymore? it's really sad what has become of therestaurant part. This place has food that tastes like it was made by the hands of an angel and drinks that are served with the perfect blend of... swag and professionalism. Seriously, these bartenders are second to none. They are always striving to provide a good time withtrivia, karaoke, and just enough shenanigans to keep it interesting (but not traumatic). This place is horrible. Management is bad and service; well if the staff pays attention you might finally get waited on but it... depends on how long their conversations are with each other, unfortunately. 08/05/2021 - This was the WORSE meal my family have had from a restaurant. We use to order from here a lot about 2 years ago. ... A lot has changed with their quality of food & service. We ordered 3 different dinners and they were TERRIBLE!!! The chickenfettuccine was disgusting. The chicken was burned & dried out, the noodles were so dry and stiff and barely any sauce. It wassupposed to come with a salad & garlic bread neither of those were with the meal. The loaded tater tots were supposed to comewith sour cream again that was missing. We will NEVER order from this establishment again. We paid a lot of money for aterrible meal. Read more
