Better overall! Daughter&I had the Fajitas with everything. Deeeelicious.In the past,Fajitas were so bland.I asked waiter if... cooks changed.He said they DO have 1 new cook.I said,"give that cook a raise!"Told him how good a taste food was.Horchata wasgood according to my daughter.I would have given a 5,but as usual,no acknowledgement that we're here,until I stood up and waitersaw me.He DID give good service. Best chimis location in st louis. The manager Marlon is so personable and friendly. He makes you feel like family. I've been... coming to this location for years now and wouldn't come back if it wasn't for him and his team. All the servers are superfriendly and make good conversation with me. Food is always amazing and the portions are great. Drinks are strong too if youlike that. 5 stars Edit: 7/30/2022 Place is under new management. I went up to use a free lunch card for frequently gettinglunch. I think it was buy 8 get your 9th lunch free. Well the new management wouldn't accept it so I had to pay. Okay not theworst problem. But then I get charged $14 for lunch portion chile Colorado $14! And two workers both said that's the price. Onthe menu it is $8.95 for lunch. Needless to say this was the only Mexican restaurant I gave business to. But I will never beback. I've turned so many friends onto coming to this place but I'm going to tell them not to come anymore. Honestly the onlything saving this place from closing is Groupon. It's the only Mexican restaurant on Groupon Go to diablitos cantina instead.It's a drive but it's far worth it to avoid what ever scam this place is now doing. New review 2 stars. Another fabulous experience catering from Chimi?s in Cottleville. Marlon- the manager - is the BEST - the food is always tasty... and authentic- plentiful too! Place was great again an again! Called from parking lot a Togo order. Walked in and 8mins later was ready. I love the asade... street tacos and they grill their jalapeños which are really good. Definitely one of the better Mexican restaurants in St.Peters Read more
