The young man that answered the phone when I called to place my order actually picked up the phone and then began complaining... about having to take a call-in order, while the phone was close enough to pick up what he was saying. That should have been myfirst sign not to order. After arriving just after 8:15 p.m., the staff were complaining out loud about how they were ready togo but had so many orders left; they close at 9 p.m. They even went as far as discouraging other customers from placing orders,over-emphasizing that there would be a 25-plus minute wait every time someone came through the door. It?s one thing to letcustomers know up front about a wait time, it?s another thing when you are complaining that customers keep coming, out loud,where you can be heard. One of the workers even tried to suggest to a small group of people that had entered after myself, thatthey try Chic-fil-a instead. The entire time I waited for my order to be completed, the staff sat and complained about customersplacing orders, with over half an hour before closing time. To make matters worse, I arrived home to discover all 3 of mysandwiches were burnt. Poor customer service experience and poor-quality food. Read more
