I frequent this shop. Always have been pleased with quality and service. Today was a different story. I'm not sure if the person... helping was new or just rude. I asked for 3 dozen donuts . 3 varieties. You think I had asked her to split the atom! Eyerolling, trying to give me the wrong donuts and saying 3 dozen wont fit in 3 boxes? I end up with a jumbled mess. Anotherserver mentioned to her the way she was placing the donuts in the box and said that was going to be a mess. Her reply was "that's the way he wants them"!! Wow. yea I want a mess. So I spent over $40.00 for a substandard experience customer servicewise . I'm sure the donuts will taste fine but my co-workers even jokingly asked if I deliberately shook the boxes on the wayin. Ill be finding another shop to spend my money. Read more

I drove out to Old Town Donuts' second location in Cottleville this morning and got some amazing donuts! This tiny little... family run shop seriously makes some of the best apple fritters I've eaten and has one of my favorite sour cream Ol Fashions!Consistent quality between shops with some of the best glaze and best chocolate icing around!
