Consistently out of many options. They also tend to close the dining room pretty early, probably due to understaffing, or... whatever BS they deal with. I have a feeling decisions from upper management are to blame, as I've noticed similar issues atother locations. There's much better food out there. Don't bother going here. Read more
It?s pretty sad that chick fil a can have 20+ people working all the time but Panda can?t open their lobby for sit down service.... They do have pretty decent food and value but I don?t want to eat cold noodles by the time I get home with my food. Do betterpanda. Went and service was poor. As well as them not cooking the food correctly. I also got sick after eating there, that?s where I... drew the straws. Advice don?t eat there if you have planned something. The food at the location is pretty good. Typically I am very understanding of places being short staffed but for the past... several months I believe this location has been going downhill day by day. Their dining room is still not open, so drive thru isthe only option. They constantly run out of their some of their food items. Tonight they ran out of ALL their food so they hadto stop and shutdown at only 7 o? clock at night. As soon as they told me they didn?t have food left after waiting for a while,me and a bunch of other cars went to Raising Canes, lol????I love Panda Express but until this locations gets it together I mayhave to take a break from them. ???? I always enjoy the food here. But I was disappointed to arrive and find the dining room was closed. Drive thru didn't work with... my plans today, so it was a wasted trip. Disappointed because I checked google first and it says the dining room is open. Read more
Great service full staff. This location had lots of fresh entrées. But a few of them probably could?ve been refreshed. The only... thing panda express can do better, which they never do is throw away the old food before they add the new to it! Pretty goodvalue for your money ! Read more
Out of almost everything at 2:30. Which is fine coming out of lunch. My son ordered teriyaki chicken and they had to make more... teriyaki sauce. Took 10 minutes. The sauce tasted more like a thick soy sauce. Not the sweetness that you'd get with teriyaki.My wife and I chose to wait 10 minutes for fresh orange chicken, bejing beef and honey walnut shrimp. And fried rice. The honeywalnut shrimp had almost no honey taste. The orange chicken was NOT orange chicken. Very tart and garlicky. The manager tried itand spit it out. As I'm sitting here writing I've lost count on how many people have come in from the dinner thru and complainedabout orders not being right. One just came back in for a forth time. As well as customers that ordered inside waiting for theirfood only to return with issues. Im counting for people counting the manager on duty working. I hate giving this location 2stars because I've never had a bad experience here. But in reading other recent reviews it seems that service and quality hasreally gone downhill over the last few months. I will return again at some point. But if the service is still the same as todaymy family and I will not return. I sincerely hope things improve here. Also 2 drivers from Grub hub have been waiting for over10 min to get their orders picked up for their customers. Read more
Never been to a Panda Express until now where half the food on the line was empty and nothing was being cooked to replace it.... Highly disappointed and no excuses because we was there for 10 mins roughly and no one else inside ordering. Drive Thru was notslammed either. Read more
