Alright, this place is inside a truckstop, as a trucker it was convenient for me. I pass up this truckstop alot since I fuel... here. Time after time I give this taco bell chance after chance. Either everyone is hiding in the office, there's attitude, orthey conveniently never have what you want. I'm tired of the disappointment I get from this taco bell. The girls don't seem towant to do their job, the guys are mostly working the back so I can't say much. Arrived 8:12 pm!! Web and TA state open till 9 pm (08/31/2022). When walked to counter reply was " We Closed" , my reply: ... "web and TA states your open till 9" !! Reply from Manager at Pizza Hut : " We closed Thats It". How is that a reply? I knowemployees are hard to find! BUT COMMON!! Attitude !! Added to Close whenever we want !!! Pull the Contract!! Says open until 9pm. We came in at 815 sat at the counter for 5 minutes an employee walked up to take our order and another... employee told her not too. We sat there for another 5 minutes after the employee filled 3 other orders and then told us theywere closing early. Read more
I like Taco Bell but this location , TA truck stop in Cottondale, Al is not up to standards. They got my order wrong. The... burrito did not have any meat and was mostly just cheese. The self serve drink machine was not working properly. Staff seemedto be aware of the drink issue but no action seemed to be occuring to fix it. Had to go next door to the joining fast foodrestaurant to get a drink. By far the worse Taco Bell expensive I've had. Read more
I placed my order at 7:42 pm, which was a crunchwrap supreme and a 2 pk of cinnabons. I didn't get my food until 7:49. I was the... only customer there! The kid that made it said he had to remake it.
