I recently had a total lack of customer service which I recorded when I came back to have them remake the order. I had ordered... 2 tacos no sauce, I had to come back and go inside and tell the preparer she had murdered the tacos w sauce. It was drenched!!Beyond recognition. Doesn't stop there. My husband yesterday sat in the drive in for 5 minutes no assistance, he drove to thefront. Nobody there so he left. This morning he comes back in a different vehicle (our other vehicle is very recognizable) andhe gets his usual bf platter, no tacos. But for some reason they place Hot Taco Sauce, it's Hot for tacos in the bag. Haha.Sounds like the same employees. I'm wondering if they were the same employees from that day and yesterday morning? I did contactcorporate. I would like the name of these employees and their manager so I can leave it right here, Do yourselves a favor, goelsewhere. Read more
It?s alright I guess? food is pretty good. Dining in once, I waited 30 minutes to receive my 4 tacos. The last time it took them... exactly 45 minutes to get my #4 combo. At least I?d been offered a free cheesecake slice for waiting so long. Read more
Didn't get full order but don't think we were charged. Weren't asked if we wanted sauces and didn't think to request them, no... hot sauce for tacos or dipping sauce for chicken strips. Read more
The worst service I have experienced they had my shake made 10 minutes before I got to the window asked if they could make a... fresh one they gave me my food and I asked about the shake and was told they were out of shake mix they did offer a refund forit but I didn't want to waste the time. Got home and food was under cooked and cold. Will never return to that place againcompletely miss managed Read more
I've got. Take ouy breakfast on Friday,September 16th2022 It was burnt. I'm not sure why but I went there again for lunch today... September 21st. I ordered a jumbo jack combo with a coke . What i got was french fries that was total junk A mixture of curlyfries and other gross potato parts . Instead of a coke I was handed a root beer ! Ordered, and food was out within minutes, even while busy they got my order out fast. food was nice and hot, pretty good burger... maybe a little to much mustard and ketchup but it was fine. fries were crispy and warm, with a crunchy outside layer and a softinterior. friendly staff too. from all the jack in the box ive been to, i can say that this is one of the better ones ive dinedat ???? Counter lady was Ruby and very pleasant even to a lady returning supposedly cold fries. Our food was hot. Ladies were busy... cleaning and stoking when no customers there. Place was very clean. Ruby and Belene were so nice, friendly and made our visitvery nice to dine in. Thanks ladies. Good team working all together. Thank you. ???? Read more
It?s 8:53 pm and no unsweetened tea because they refuse to brew any. Asked politely as we do not like carbonated drinks but the... girl refused? highly disappointed as someone in the restaurant business myself. Why dump the tea when you are open late?! Read more
