Okay, lots of establishments in town are pet friendly. That patio areas are provided for pets at the Tavern Grille is probably a... must, but they made sure our Sophie had water, too. The food was most excellent. Our server was Daijha Michelle but a welldressed young man checked on us between her visits. In other words, we were well cared for. Good conversation with othercustomers and passers by. Next visit I?m giving the Reuben a try. Or, the taco salad. Or, maybe the prime rib dip (wife?s choicetoday). Must I mention the beer? Read more
Always good food here, this is the leftover Reuben I'm having for dinner. The sandwich was huge! Great service, good served nice... and hot. My mother had onion soup and two mini sandwiches. She said all were good although I don't remember which sandwiches sheordered. Coffee was great, fresh and hot. Service was great and manager came around checking as well. Great place to have lunch while visiting Cottonwood. You can also book a room in the hotel attached. There is plenty of on site... parking. Also street parking. You can eat inside or on the outside patio. They have remodeled and have extended their outsidepatio and covered it. Very accommodating. We ate inside in a booth. The menu is varied and great selection of terrific meals. Weeach ordered a delicious hamburger from their many varied options of hamburgers. You get exactly what you ordered rare, medium,or well done huge piece of beef. Yummy. Our server Mickey was professional, efficient, personable , and catered to all of ourdining needs. You feel like you are dining with the locals as the General Manager, Gunner Hess stops by your table to make sureeverything is being handled well to your edification.
