This subway location is located in the parking lot of Holiday Market. The workers seem to know how to make sandwiches. Through... the pandemic, you are not allowed to eat inside, but that's not an issue for me as we always get it to go (to eat at home) Theonly complaint I have is that their chicken has a lot of chewy pieces such as fat and gristle which is disgusting. Trucking life We need good food Friendly staff
I waited in line for 10 mins before the gal acknowledged me. Finally, she states she is making ones for an online order. The... online order comes and goes. She starts making 3 more foot longs. She told the previous 2 customers she works at the lake Blvdone but she's just covering Cottonwood location. She is not friendly, at least she could have apologized or said it'll be alittle bit. We are not impressed with location. We got there at just before the dinner hour. There was only one other person. The employee... came from the back to help us. She had trouble getting our order because there was only one stale hard ciabatta bread left andone of the veggies was empty. She had to go to the back to retrieve a bag to refill. While she was gone a fly kept landing onthe half built sandwich! My thought was; right before dinner hour and having no customers to deal with she should have beenrefilling in preparation. If someone was making more bread it could have been done by the other worker that was in the backtoo. Read more
We stopped by this location at 8:15 at night. We found all of the open signs turned off. The sign on the door said they closed... at 9:00pm. We checked the door and found it to be unlocked. The staff had started pulling the food and beginning to clean. Theemployee's seemed annoyed that we had come in. They did make our sandwiches but complained when we asked them to heat our meats.When I got to my sandwich the chicken was literally frozen. I had to throw the sandwich away. I give this location one star forthe customer service provided during this visit. Read more
