Tried this location for the first time. Not impressed... did not make a good sandwich.
Heckuva sandwich and great service! Lucas was great from the get-go; asked me what caught my attention and I ordered the... Italian- Mikes way and added pickles and banana peppers. The olive oil and vinegar topped it off. EVERYTHING was fresh made toorder and it was delicious. I bought the gentleman?s lunch that was in line behind me and while I was eating Chase came over andgave me a free regular sub coupon for my next visit. Chase said, ?that was nice what you did and we want to reward people theytreat people nicely. When we thanked the group of worker?s for a great experience, Braden asked me what I ate and suggested ittoasted with some kind of sauce for the next visit. Then he offered a cookie for the road. Unreal treatment that will bring meback often. This place is friendly. The employees are stellar and the food is delicious! Get over to this location and enjoyyour visit. Read more
I ordered from one of the third parties but made a mistake not ordering enough tonight to feed my 2 nephews that were moving in... a chair for my father at the age of 81. I called this location and Kirria, Jeffery, Andrew and Lucas took charge and made thenight for my family. I did not get a last name of the franchise owner, only a first name of Russ. Russ, this team is a keeper!Mainly Kirria! P.S. Russ, your pos needs the option of manually taking payment over the phone in any location to adjust ordersin my opionion. Being formally in the biz for 38yrs I know the new systems will not need a signature under a certain amount($50) if the CVC code is given over the phone. People of shady character can not dispute with the code given at the time orderedsaying that they did not order. That # indicates the card is in hand physically at the time of ordering or adjusting. I really do like the subs at any Jersey Mikes. It?s my favorite place for a good fresh sandwich. 5 stars on the food. The only... thing I noticed is the lack of service when it comes to having orders ready when I have an order to pick up after an on lineorder. I?ve arrived well after the order pick up time suggests and have to wait. It?s particularly annoying when I walk in andnobody, I mean nobody acknowledges my presence in any way. Not even a look or a friendly hello to show I?m there. I don?t blamethe employees at all for this. I blame the owner or managers for poor training. They put my call ahead pick up order secondaryto in person counter orders and make subs for people line ahead of mine. So buggy! They also have issues getting everything onmy order in the bag. I double check now. To the Owner? train your employees to recognize people walking in, acknowledge them andmake sure orders are ready when they are supposed to. Nobody to blame but the owner. Oh no Jersey Mike's! So close but no cigar! You got the fresh meats the fresh cheese the fresh produce and I love it! But I'm... Greek and I just happen to come from a country that knows a bit or two about olive oil. I noticed a container of your olive oiland it is yellow? That is not the color of good fresh olive oil. I'd rather you guys go 100% fresh like you are but add thatgood old dark green olive oil from Greece! I placed an online order today during the lunch hour, and being right after New Years, I think it was potentially even busier... than usual. The 3 employees working were doing a great job keeping up with everyone, and while I had to wait a bit longer for myorder, I was extremely impressed and very pleased with the diligence of the employees in safely preparing my gluten freesandwich! I saw the employee change gloves, wipe the counter and machine down, place the items onto a separate tray? reallyimpressed and very pleased with this diligence. Thank you!! Read more
Ordered online. Was ready when promised. Quick in and out. Clean store with friendly employees. Got the #7 Giant Turkey... Provolone and # 9 Super Club Roast Beef Turkey Applewood Bacon with Swiss. Great meal. They have the best meats and vegetables.Love the grilled onions. Read more
I balked a bit at the price when I first got there, and there was a bit of a wait for my classic Philly cheesesteak, but OH MAN... IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. I was very hungry but I believe this was the best sandwich I have ever had...and I said so to the youngman named Jesús who made it. For comparison, I had had a similar Subway sandwich a few days prior; I'm blown away by thequality difference between sandwiches with similar ingredients.
