In need of bulk coffee for a morning event, we placed an order for three 96oz coffee travelers around 5:50 am for an estimated... pickup at 6:25 am. So about 10 minutes of brewing and prep per traveler. Makes sense, right? Unfortunately, despite gettingthere late, not only was the order not complete but only one traveler was ready and the other two took another 40+ minutes. At7:20 am, an hour and a half after ordering, we finally had our coffee and could make our way to the event scheduled to start at7:15 am. I understand that issues occurred with the brewing machine, but the lack of care and communication exhibited while Istood in their lobby for more than 40 minutes speaks to a degree of unprofessionalism and mismanagement at this location. I like to visit coffee shops. Because of special atmosphere and coffee. Foam milk in capuchino was not so solid. It's looks like... the make from computer coffee machine, not make foam with special tool by hands. Bakery - not bad, cottage cheese with sheetdough. Read more

I have been to a lot of Starbucks locations looking for internet and a place to work. This one is by far the most laid-back.... They allowed me to bring in my lunch once without issue, they ask about things like a water cup when I'm there a long time, theydon't seem to care if I'm there fore 3-4-5 hours. Great people. Sorta a tough location to drive into with the road as it is, butbest one ever. NOTE: no idea what the other reviewer talking about slow service dealt with, but they have always been plentyfast for me every time Read more
Yes, it's Starbucks, but I want to point out how cool they were when I asked if we could bring our subs to eat in their... establishment while we bought three drinks from them. Some places the staff look down at you for just asking, and that weshould take our food outside and just die. The staff here were warm, welcoming, and just flat out cool about it. ThanksStarbucks! Great Starbucks the staff are very nice and friendly. This location may have the worst parking lot I?ve ever been to in my life.... you can barely get to the Starbucks and then getting out is nearly impossible. you can only turn one way and traffic is alwaysatrocious. the parking spots are tiny the line going through the drive-through blocks you from being able to back out of theparking spots! This location practices very through and safe COVID-19 policies. They require masks and social distancing insideand allow for limited contact curbside pick up if requested. They limit the number of customers at any given time and keep thelocation very clean. I generally feel quite safe when visiting this place. Read more
