On the two occasions I’ve been here, the food has been incredible. The chicken is so flavorful, the rice is light and fluffy,... and the assorted dips with pita are addictive. If you live on the North end of the valley, make the drive out to CottonwoodHeights—you won’t regret it. Take the leftovers home and eat them for breakfast. Read more
Came in last night for an amazing dinner. We shared 3 different dishes with pomegranate salad and hummus to start. The food is... seasoned so perfectly we hardly had any leftover. The meat is not overcooked. The basmati, which can be either overcooked anddry or goopy and wet, was cooked to perfection and nice and fluffy! Food is reasonably priced and the place was clean withample seating on a Friday night. You can call and make reservations to ensure your group has a seat. Food was so good I'llabsolutely be back. Zaferan Cafe is the best Persian food in Salt Lake. I've eaten here 3 times and the food and service are excellent. The kibbedah... and kebab platters are seasoned perfectly and are large enough to share. The pomegranate salad is fresh and fragrant and thehummus light and fresh.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They go out if their way to make you feel welcome! Read more
