This place was one of the only places open for Thanksgiving. We were on a trip so we had to go out. Our reservation was... respected in a timely manner. Our server was amazing, even though he was clearly quite busy. Drinks and food came put within afairly average expectation. Highly advise you get the pork belly app! And the cowboy ribeye was out of this world. Prices are onthe higher end but you definitely get what you pay for here! Will definitely return and recommend! Read more

Couldn’t say more amazing things about this restaurant! Between the food, the hospitality, the intimate setting - just..... chef’s kiss. Speaking of chef, Jay, the chef and owner, was extremely accommodating for our large party of 7 including a baby- who didn’t need to be removed from the restaurant at all. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We tried just about everythingand absolutely not a single complaint. Our server Tim, was truly exceptional. Not only was he extremely attentive, but heensured that we were well taken care of even as the restaurant continued to fill and his attention had to be split. We are very, very thankful to have such a wonderful experience here and look forward to coming back as soon as we can. Thank you Jay, Tim,and anyone else who contributed to our wonderful dinner. We've eaten at the Villaggio every year since they opened at least once or twice a year while vacationing in the Cape. We even... dined at The Regatta often before it closed and became Villaggio. Our recent meal was a disappointment. Villagio needs todecide if its a raucous local pub, or an upscale Italian restaurant. The noise and music from the bar was so loud we could'ntcarry on a reasonable conversation. The place was not packed but it took 30 minutes to get our appetizers and over an hour toget our main course. Our waiter Tim did a yeoman's job and the best he could given the shortcomings of the kitchen. He had awicked sense of humor as well. That said, our empty appetizer plates sat on the table for at least 15 minutes after we werefinished eating. The food was as advertised, and the fish was very fresh, but IMO the menu needs to be updated with a fewremotely "healthy" items. Even the fish and salads contain a heavy dose of cheese, cream or pasta. A 3 person dinner with 3drinks, 1 app and 3 entrees set me back a cool $150. Yikes. Read more

Great staff, starting with J the owner and chef who greeted us. Food was delicious and large portions. I had the Veal Parmigiana... and it was fantastic. I will be back and if you haven’t been here yet you need to go. Read more

I have been coming here all my life, first their location on Main Street in Falmouth cafe villagio then their other location at... the Falmouth inn, Landucci and now here in cotuit. Always loved this particular gnocchi dish, just amazing. I asked the owner ifthey would still make it even though it’s not in the menu and he gladly did. The owner is so hands on and it shows! Very goodfood. Great chicken tender appetizer and caprese salad , bread and cozy atmosphere. Read more

Was greeted by owner at door. Food was excellent. They didn’t rush us at all. Serving portions were enough for 2 meals. ... Waitress was knowledgeable and very helpful with wine suggestions as well as best pasta choice with meal. It was a bit priceybut a nice special occasion place to dine. Read more

We had a lovely late night dinner (around 9:20pm) last night. The woman who sat us was super nice and our waiter (Tim) was... awesome. We started with their pork belly bites and they were unbelievable, our favorite appetizer so far. Will definitely begetting those again. For our mains we had the New York sirloin and the salmon. Both presented beautifully and tastedoutstanding. Now let me tell you about the sides… the white Tuscan beans are a must - I get these every time and they aredelicious. Mashed potatoes - delicious as well and they go great with any steak. Au gratin potatoes - my boyfriends favoriteside, super tasty. Risotto - amazing. Then we got a piece of their tiramisu to go and ate it later that night - so good! Asidefrom last night, we usually order take out from here relatively often, and we have never been disappointed. Their filet mignonis out of this world, the taste is so unique and it melts in your mouth. Cooked medium rare to perfection every time.Compliments to the chef on the incredible food here. And the staff who is always friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I don’tremember her name but the girl who usually greets me for take-out orders is so sweet and remembers us whenever we order. Thanksfor being a reliable restaurant with phenomenal food and service! Best, Ashley Read more
