Great store. Love the breakfast pizza. Nice selection of pastry, drink specials and friendly staff.
The folks who work here are awesome and super friendly! The only thing I don't like is how much the card machines ain't work. I... mean, these card machines are so faulty, it causes way more work for the staff here than it should. I mean, you'd think asCasey's as a whole, you'd want working machines that can take money, because cards are how a majority of your customers pay, butCasey's higher ups don't seem to care enough to give locations working machines?? I mean, praise to the team here that sticksthrough the troublesome card machines, shame on Casey's for caring so little about the one thing that makes a majority oftransactions, I mean. Some decent prices on snacks and drinks. 3 for $5 Gatorade, $1 medium fountain drinks, 2 for $5 pizza slices. Lower than... surrounding gas station prices for gas. Store and bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. A few of the drink containers wereout of service. I feel it does help to have the mobile app to find out about specials. Overall a good experience. Read more
You have an older gentleman who worked the kitchen 4 to 11 pm on april 27th. He told me he wasnt going to be able to throw my... pizza in cz i ordered it at like 10:48 pm and his replacement was about to be there. 11:02 pm comes round and that same man iswalking around your store looking for his replacement while this whole time he could have been making my pizza while waiting. Iworked at caseys less than 2 years ago and you never would catch any of us standing around waiting for our replacement. Mysuggestion, cut that lazy dude. You just paid him to walk around your store and deny customers orders so he can walk around andkeep staring out windows. What a catch. Read more
Went in Thursday morning after the rush, got fountain, dozen donuts, 4 breakfast burritos, 5 packs smokes. Went to an older... blonde woman she started ringing up I asked if I could please have a bag. She said rudely ? JUST A MINUTE!!!! ? kinda caught meoff guard. I said loudly OK. I told her I had 4 specials and 8 donuts. As she was fumbling to verify my count I grabbed thebox and opened it. She walked away from the counter and told other cashier she couldn?t check me out!! Other cashier camedirectly over and POLITELY finished I said ?thank you ma?am. and left. I go to that store almost every day and have NEVER beenso rudely talked to. If she is a manager or assistant or associate she needs a definite Customer Service Class. The normalcashier?s are awesome. Read more
The stores are dirty and unorganized. Especially the stores they are taking over. Disgusting they don't sell hotdogs. Is that... why you're buying up all your competitors? Your pizza is terrible. Even my dog hates it. You may not realize it but you areoversaturating the market. I will go anywhere but Casey's. Read more
I called to place an order for a pizza and bread sticks. The worker (Staci) proceeded to tell me when I ordered break sticks... that they were all the way in the back of the freezer and that she did not feel like getting them out (doesn?t feel like doingher job??) then told me that since she didn?t feel like getting them out I couldn?t order them. I asked to speak with a managerand she told me there was not one at the store. Very lazy and rude workers. Horrible experience. Read more
Their pizza is delicious. I like the Casey's rewards app too. I only give 2 stars because I called there to ask if I left... something behind that I purchased, but he answers the phone and says "Casey's please hold". Puts me on hold. I wait on hold for4 minutes, hang up and try again. Same thing again. Answers, put me on hold and I hung up after 2 minutes. So I tried a 3rd timeand they were quite rude. Very unprofessional. Just because you are having a bad day don't take it out on other people. And ifyou don't like your job maybe you shouldn't work there. Good thing Casey's has multiple locations in this town. Read more
