Oh, my good God, where to begin. The store was filthy. It looked like hell. Most of the cooler was empty. Most of the selections... on the soda fountain were out of order. The employee looked and acted like she wanted to be ANYWHERE else doing ANYTHING else atall. We tripped over merchandise laying in the aisles. We like Casey's. Dear Casey's, What the hell is going on? I know this is Council Bluffs but this is just so sad. I grew up with Casey's. I was... excited for you when I heard you were growing fast and branching out, but in light to all your success you are letting us down.This place is dirty, never stocked and most of the employees are obviously unhappy.. Mismanaged, Bathrooms are Disgusting and wait times can be as long as 25 mins. The bathroom door is black with slime. I've... never seen a parking lot so Disgustingly unwelcoming various trash debris everywhere. Definitely avoid this Casey's, "Bucky'swas 3 tiers above what this Casey's is" ????. Since this place turned to Casey's, it's been a mess. Out of everything always. No creamer half the time, shelves are empty.... They close when there suppose to be open. They have children running the place. I go there so much I could probably do theordering better then the people paid to. Cold brew has been out for 3 weeks. They have like 3 brands of cigarettes, kitchenclosed when it should be open. Get it together or shut it down and let buckys come back. Made two separate pizza orders last night and gave them 45 minutes to get it ready. When I got there they said one item wasn?t... done but they would give me an extra item for the wait. When it was dome asked if it was both orders and was told yes. Went tocash out an second order completely missed. Went back to the pizza area and told it hadn?t been made yet. Told them to forgetit. Five minutes later received a call that they found it. When I went back was told my two separate orders confused them andthey were very busy.
