After traveling from MN we stopped at a hotel in Council Bluffs for the night. We ordered pizza at 7:45pm with an estimated... 38-48 min delivery time. Following the app tracker we saw the order was quality checked at 8:08pm. Then no activity. We waiteduntil 9pm and then called multiple times. No answer. Then at 10:10pm we received a text that the pizza was on its way to bedelivered. Sure! It never showed up. Still can?t get a hold of anyone for a refund even after contacting customer care. Read more
My husband and I are in Council Bluffs on vacation and ordered some pizza for dinner. Unfortunately, the tire blew out on the... delivery driver's car. After we had been waiting a while, we remembered that we had our phone in dnd mode. Not only was theemployee we spoke to friendly and courteous, they had no problem with us coming to get the order even though take-out hours wereover and our food was still hot when we got it! They were even nice enough to give us a discount for our trouble. What theydidn't know is that we are vacationing for our anniversary and it has been a very long day for my husband and I to get here,even if we were just coming from KC. Waited 4 hours for a $50 order. Was on hold on the phone for an hour and a half. They refuse to answer their phone. I've heard... the same from other people. The whole lot of them should be fired. And if I ever order from them again it better be free. Wehave a house full of disabled people who have no food and now we didn't get any. It was 45 minutes after we ordered that we received a text that our pizza was gaining through quality control. 55 minutes later... our pizza showed up. We refused it. They told us they had to take care of in store customers but they are not done in. AVOID! Read more
Put in an order at 8:12 p.m. took over 3 hours for the order to leave the store. I realized my address was incorrect on the... order I called the driver to let him know the correct address and he said since he couldn't find the address he brought thepizzas back in his coworkers threw them out. I tried calling numerous times within that 3-hour window to never get the phoneanswered once. $47 order waited nearly 4 hours to not receive anything. Absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered online and received my delivery order in a timely fashion. I check for... my sauces I ordered (they always forget) and I was missing two. In search of the sauces I checked my pizza box to find thispizza! However it happened most of the sausage fell off. I let the driver know since he was still there as I was opening boxesand all he said was basically, "oh well. Not my fault." I called at 10:10 PM to request my sauces as well as a new pizza. The"manager" stated they would replace it in around 25 minutes. 45 minutes later I have nothing. I call the store and no answer.For 15 minutes I called and no answer. I emailed the GM my issue and received no response. I emailed the franchise company aboutmy issue. No response. Never will THIS store receive ANY of my hard earned money again. It's a joke they have the right to callthemselves Domino's. I worked at one for 3 years and nothing that they do there would ever fly at the one I was at. (Thisincident happened a week ago.
