When we got there the place just got slammed! They brought extra cooks in to speed up the cooking process. The cooking staff... and manager worked hard to get caught up. I liked seeing the manager in there helping out. The bad: The buffet had severalempty containers along with the sauces. Cooks and food was great service was absolutely horrible! Got seated told the waiter what we wanted came back to our drinks no... Rangoon or white rice! Didn?t see our waiter till I got back from another plate of food and my water was finally gone also! Gotdone with my last plate and still no drink no Rangoon or White Rice??. 8 minutes later I told him I would take the check! And Iwaited for that also! Omaha HuHot is wayyyyyyyyyy better service!!! I been to other locations and really enjoy the food the server we had was very nice and did a great job but this place was a... complete mess. There was multiple missing food item the food bar its self could use a heavy cleaning along with most of thelocation with the lack of cleaning in the front of house I don't even what to know what the kitchen looks like. . Our waitress was amazing! She was confused on why people in her section would be seated and then just leave. Come to find out... the people who are supposed to be refilling the food, weren?t. She felt terrible and kept apologizing when I mentioned to herthere was no meat and everything else was bare. I tried telling the manager first but she kept running away and babbling andlaughing to the ones who were running the grill.
