The other day I had to wake up at 4:45 am for work. I worked several hours and then had a small break to go get food for lunch.... Not even realizing what time it was, I drove to this Jimmy Johns and walked in the front door while the two ladies behind thecounter stared at me. I stared back, confused. Looked at my watch, it was only 9:30 am ??????????? I said sorry and was about toleave but they insisted that I stay and that they could take my order even though they don?t open for another hour. I keptsaying that I could leave, but they kept telling me that it was ok and that I could get the food that I came for. Great customerservice right there! Jimmy Johns, you are getting 5 stars but my visit last week was probably only a 3. You hardly ever do me wrong but last week was... not good. You forget my son's pickle in the box lunch and after I'd ordered and got to the window and paid, you told me you didnot have the chips I had ordered...not happy but no former incidents besides this! Jimmy John's use to be our go-to for a quick meal. Last order, the delivery charge was $6 for a $7 sandwich! Turns out,... they've partnered with Door Dash and raised the delivery price even if you aren't going through Door Dash. And that priceincrease does not go to the Jimmy John's driver's. Looks like if I have to go out for sandwiches, I'll be going elsewhere. Read more

I literally have zero complaints with this JJ location. Every single time i place an order, it's correct and ready on time (or... before). They have even helped me out when i was in a pinch for time. Management has it right at this location. Friendly, fast,and accurate. Read more
