The waitress Alicia R helped us and had very poor customer service. When Alicia sat us she appeared to have an attitude. When... our food arrived to the table the order was incorrect. We ordered fried flour tortillas and got corn tortillas. When it wasbrought to Alicia?s attention she grabbed the plate and marched off back to the kitchen. Once we received the plate of nachosthere was barely any meat on them. (The order was nachos half carne asada and chicken.) The manager was no help, we asked aboutthe serving size of the meat and he explained that they measured the meat out. (Don?t worry a picture will be attached.) Themen?s bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor and there was feces on the seats in both stalls. We?ve dined in a few timesand never had a bad experience with poor customer service until today! We will take our business elsewhere and don?t ever planon patronizing that restaurant again! Read more
*EDIT* The response from the owner suggests I email to explain my experience. I just told them what my experience was and... predicted the response. The owner will say how sorry they are for our experience. Believe me when I say WE are sorry for nottrusting the honest reviews. The 5 stars seem a little generous. Take a hard pass on the chimichangas. Ordered 4 burritos. 2were supposed to be chimichangas. Folks, they are using a sandwich press or grilling the burrito. This is supposed to be a deepfried burrito. You can see the diagonal grill marks. $13 burrito and it's the thinnest burrito I have seen. Closer to a fatquesadilla than burrito. Lacked flavor as every flavorless bite didn't have a chance to fight it's way thru the soggy tortillaif in fact there was any flavor. Wasted $25 to bring you this review. Zero value. Price point should be closer to $8 per plateand that's if you dine in. I'll try a different Mexican restaurant next time. Spent over $50 for 4 burritos. Can't justify asecond visit. Read more

We decided to give this location a shot while visiting the zoo in Omaha. It has mixed reviews. Our experience was average. We... were greeted and seated. I believe the restraint was understaffed since they only had two waiters. Our water and drinks were notrefreshed, and we had to ask to get more water/drinks after waiting a while. She also rushed our orders and left one time beforewe could finish our order (pretty sure this was due to being understaffed on waiter?s). The good was okay. The $8.95 top-shelfmarg was really good. I would recommend the famous cheese sauce as well as the fajita nachos; they were great. They also have agreen sauce you can ask for and a habanero sauce that was out of this world. The chairs you sit in are hand painted and addssome atmosphere to the experience. The beans were strange, almost like a ranch-style bean and sweet, not what I would expect.Overall it was an okay experience. Not sure we would come back. Read more
