This location is top tier in my opinion , I literally cross the bridge to a different state to come here because of the customer... service I receive each time. I?ve only ate inside once but the waitresses were very attentive & came to the table at the righttime each time and made suggestions on the specials . I typically always call in orders and they always get my order entered inquickly & correctly they make sure to include the bread and utensils and bring it instantly out to their curbside spots acrossfrom their front door. Walking in we felt welcome. The hostess greeted us, and we were immediately seated. The store was clean. Sam, took great care of... us!!! She was familiar with the menu, offered suggestions, and we didn't have to ask for anything. Customer service is veryimportant to us, and believe me when I say; We were NOT disappointed... Love it as always, I always get the Ribs so moist and juicy but tonight I decided to go different and get the Longhorn Steak... with Mash potatoes topped with A1 sauce and a salad. A friend of mine and I came to have lunch around 2:45pm today. We waited at the entrance for about 5 minutes until someone... seated us. We were placed in the back where the bathrooms were right across from our table. Our server who was supposed to behelping us, was cleaning a table right behind us, and never even acknowledged our presence as soon as we sat down. We looked atour menus for about five minutes because we?ve been there before and we already knew what we wanted. 10 minutes past and ourserver kept walking past us helping other people still not acknowledging me or my friend. And then 20 minutes went by a familyof three came in and right away. He rushed over to their table, Put coasters down, brought bread to their table and asked themif he could get them drinks. At this point I was very upset because we?ve been sitting there for almost 25 minutes and still noone came to our table so we left.
