We used the drive thru service. After we ordered and paid the worker at the first window, we decided we needed another sandwich.... The girl at the second window said we would have to go back thru the line again and she couldn't help us with an extra sandwich.So we said forget it. The drive thru was so busy and we didn't feel like waiting another 20 minutes for an extra sandwich. Idon't think I will be eating at this McDonald's for a while. Maybe Burger King next time we decide to order fast food. I'mhoping their service would be a little better. Read more
Worst McDonald's in town. Long waits and you never get all your food. Always get cold fries and food. Don't waste your money at... this establishment. Read more
The automated speaker is a huge pain! The worker at the 1st window was rude when we told him the speaker got our order wrong. He... didn't know how to fix it. 1st time I've had a worker get annoyed at us for this at this particular location. Normally theyunderstand and fix it with no issue. Not tonight. Read more
This girl had us pull around and wait for our food. Proceeds to come outside hand a bag of food to the vehicle in front of us.... We can literally see the person digging thru the bag. He hands it back to her and she brings it to our vehicle and says here'syour order he didn't touch anything even tho we literally watched him. On top of that they left food out of the order. Once acustomer touches food it is never to be returned and given to someone else. Definitely took the food inside to have the orderremade. Simple mistake but be honest and not lie directly too us to avoid having to remake the food. Read more
Robot drive through works very poorly. Does not understand common orders spoken loudly and slowly. If you absolutely need... McDonald?s, I recommend going inside to avoid a super frustrating experience. Better yet, chose one of the many other fast foodplaces nearby! Read more
Don?t ever eat here. The managers are unprofessional and say oh well it ?happens sometimes we can?t control it?. The meat was... literally pink. But it?s okay. The manager on duty refused to fix the issue. Do not waste your money or time at this place. Read more
I ordered a simple happy meal and cheeseburger with fries and ended up waiting over 20 minutes whilst other customers went right... through the line with no issues with happy meals and bags. I worked at McDonald?s as a first job for about two years- Iunderstand what it?s like - yet I still don?t understand why I had to wait almost half an hour for my food. When I went aroundthe line again the young lady in the window told me to just stay parked and wait? which I?d already been doing for 15 minutes atthe time. They were so busy but handled it with grace. I had a large order, only forgot my cookies, lol. Hey, listen, I really didn't need... them anyway. The food was hot and fresh. Staff were very patient and friendly. Read more
