I made an online order for delivery. It never showed up. I called.. or tried to call the store and they hung up on me the 10... times I called. The delivery driver never called. Terrible service. I can't imagine how you even do any business. No one everanswers the phone. If I could give zero stars I would. I will NEVER order from this place again. I had a great experience. I ordered online and picked it up in the store. They got my order correct. The pizza was hot and... delicious. The cooks and cashiers were friendly. I will definitely use this location again as it is conveniently located offbroadway. Read more

I ordered 1 Hawaiian, 1 pepperoni and 1 2 littler Pepsi. For $49???? After more than 1 hour the delivery guy came, he forgot... the Pepsi and my Hawaiian had only 3 pieces of pineapple ???????? Very disappointed and thirsty???? I hope he comes back with myPepsi now because I am about to choke! Order pizza from this location about every other month or so for the past few years. Their pizza barely has any sauce on it... despite always asking for extra. Literally one of only three ingredients that make a pizza. I've never ordered a pizza fromhere and thought, "Yeah I'm glad I got this." I don't know why I keep giving them chances it always ends indisappointment. Last time I ordered a pizza from here it was over cooked, dry, and again can't stress this enough, no sauce.I'm sure the pizza would have decent flavor if it actually had sauce on it. The way it was cut was something out of a horrorfilm too. Wasn't cut all the way through and it looked like the person was blindfolded while cutting it. Pizza hut also nolonger offers their seasoned crusts. Not a location issue, but if you're part of the group of people that liked that about pizzahut, prepare for even more disappointment. Read more
I would not even give them a 1/2 of a star At 7:02 PM on Thursday I ordered $70 worth of Food I was told 40 minutes for my... delivery time At 8:06 p.m. I called to ask how much longer are to with going to be I was told 70 More Minutes I was told myfood was done but they were waiting for a delivery Driver so my food with setting their done for an hour and it's cold as krappvery rubbery we ordered that pepperoni pizza with Cheese in the crust And 24 mild wings24 hot Wings Cheese bread and cinnamonsticks we were told when my Husband went to pick it up that there was no manager on duty And they would only give me $10 back onthe order Not sure what goes on it this Pizza Hut on Broadway In council Bluffs But something needs to be done about this Wefinally got to sit down and eat at 9 o'clock p.m. And my Foster children didn't get to go to bed until after that and they haveschool in the morning Jill Read more
Took 3 attempts to order over the phone. Them when they said it would be 45 min to an hour. It showed up an hour and 20 minutes.... Pizza was warm and soggy, not the crisp pan crust I paid for. May be done with this location. Read more
