Grandson's 6 year old birthday party. The only bad thing was the card kiosk wasn't working. Otherwise it was GREAT!

The people here have no customer service and need help on communication skills. I was picking up an order. Was asked twice what... the order was. I literally waited 20 minutes for a 4 piece chicken meal with fries. I was also told it would be 3 minutes. Istuck around and still had to wait a bit. This is very upsetting when seeing employees take more food out and me not having mydelivery. I will never come back here. Read more

I love Pizza Ranch. Their pizza is good but their fried chicken is just awesome. Reasonably priced buffet. Nice salad bar. Good... ice cream and desserts. Read more

The one in Red Oak is good but this one is better! The buffet was delicious and they still have the pasta, which other Pizza... Ranches don't have. The chicken was delicious, as was the rest of the food, and the ice cream was just as good as my friendshave said. Read more

Who doesn't like pizza and fried chicken? Also there is a salad and dessert bar. They will even make you a custom pizza for your... own enjoyment. Things I'm hoping they could do to improve things a little bit, the chicken is good no doubt but I would like tosee them have buffalo chicken at the same time as I have had their buffalo chicken delivered and it is really good yeah it isnot available if you go to the restaurant. They even have a nice cream machine but you have to get a bowl or maybe make a rootbeer float if you desire. I personally would enjoy it if they would put some ice cream cones there as well. Price was reasonableeveryone and everything was good. Read more

We love pizza ranch! We were so excited to move near one! We have to tell ourselves we can only go once a month so we don't gain... a ton of weight! The staff here is very nice and they try to do a good job keeping the buffet line clean. It's great you canorder any pizza you want and they will bring it to you first before they put it on the buffet. My husband really likes theirstuffed crust pizza. Note--they did have to raise their prices due to the price of chicken. I think the evening/weekend price isup to a little over $13/adult. Read more

We arrived around 6pm. Paid almost $60. Salad bar was empty & disgustingly dirty. Also No chicken or pasta, pasta sauce was... crusted over like it had been sitting all afternoon. Only things on bars were a few pizzas, a desert pizza. We asked forchicken to be made and this is how we got it. RAW STILL!! I addressed it and lady running register said just to put it down andshe would let someone know. NO ONE REMOVED THE REST OF THIS BATCH OF CHICKEN, they continued to let ppl eat it. No staff to befound besides the lady running register. Guest were standing around the bars waiting for food. No one cleaning tables orstocking bar unless asked, and staff were very bothered by ppl asking for food. We get home & all 5 of us are either vomitingor have diarrhea, or both. Read more

I?m incredibly surprised at all the good reviews - it means that either they are fake or we went on the wrong night. I?ve been... to pizza ranch all over the Midwest - never a bad experience, until now. I should have went with my gut when we got there, itwas pitch black at the entrance. Paid $35 for probable food poisoning. I?ve included the buffet when we arrived and when weleft. Not a SINGLE fresh item put out. There were about a half dozen customers in the restaurant. A family came as we wereleaving- who clearly was a relative of an employee. They literally hand delivered several whole fresh pizza?s to the tablewithin 5 minutes of arrival. That was the straw that broke the camels back. I had requested a taco pizza and cheese sticks whenwe arrived. 30 minutes later, nothing. When I inquired with the clerk I ordered with, she scurried to the back and came back tosay ?the printer was broken, they didn?t make it. We can make it now?. I was done at this point and told her to forget it. Theentire 40 minutes we were there, I saw one employee in the lobby cleaning - the rest were clearly in the kitchen chatting. Iassumed there was no manager on duty (due to the horrific state of the restaurant) and decided to take my experience up withmanagement and corporate personally after leaving. It clearly would have been wasted breath at the restaurant. My daughter had abad stomach ache after leaving - I suspect it?s from the food that sat out for hours prior to our arrival. I would stronglyencourage people to support a successful pizza ranch, not this location. Read more
