I will NEVER patronize this establishment again. More than once I have experienced difficulties with this restaurant and... doordash orders. Each time, blame was placed on doordash and the restaurant employees I spoke with on these occasions wereincredibly rude, the last one even hung up on me. I use doordash's service frequently and I have not had issues like this soconsistently with any other business. It's a shame it's the only Council Bluffs location. Read more

35 minutes of waiting in line just to get to window and get charged then be told they are out of tenders after the charge. Was... able to get refunded. The people were rude and to busy hanging out to do thier job. Acted like we were a inconvenience to them. Read more

I went thru the drive thru and ordered 8 pieces of chicken (all dark meat) some fries and Mac and cheese. Got home and they... didn?t give me the dark meat it was a mix. The Mac and cheese was cold. This location Did not have good chicken. Very dry & Overpriced. Employee wasn't Very helpful. Our order took WAY too long to... receive. The pieces of chicken were way too small and seemed to have been sitting there all day. Family meals advertised werenot available. This was our first time eating here and we most likely won't return. The second you walk in it's hotter than it is outside.... Probably 90° throughout the whole restaurant. Not fair to the workers or customers. Disgusting. Also, the floors were sticky,EVERYTHING WAS STICKY. Tables were ALL dirty. They didn't have any napkins out and they didn't have any sweet tea made.
