I got the Philly M up cheesesteak and the peeled potato skins. With the cheese steak I ordered the mac and cheese for a side it... wasn?t the best Mac and cheese but it was the best cheesesteak. The potato skins were also very good. My husband got the pulledpork sandwich and fries I didn?t get a picture of that but he also enjoyed his meal. Our server who I didn?t catch his name wasvery nice and polite. I appreciated him serving us as he was very attentive and was very good at his job. I will definitely beeating here again and might try the atomic wing challenge. If you want a great place with a great atmosphere and wonderfulservice I would recommend this place. Found this place by accident, AMAZING ACCIDENT. Mike the bartender was chill and the atmosphere was mesmerizing with cars and... cycles. The food was yumm and was impressed by the fried fish Sammy! Ths Bathrooms made me laugh and was a fun spot in CouncilBluffa for sure. Was in town with my boss for a convention, but this for sure was a highlight of the trip!! A MUST TRY:) Read more
I stopped by twice during the road trip, and the service was terrible at the second time. I've been waiting to pick up the food... I ordered, and my food came out. I kept asking to confirm that this was my order, but the waiter said it was not my food. I hadto wait another 40 minutes and eventually the food was mine. But I didn't get any apologies. The food here was adequate as expected of a chain restaurant of this sort. We came here during non-peak hours and experienced... extremely poor service. It took us around 90 minutes for the waitresses to realize that we have yet to receive a steak and achicken burger. Some customers were getting served while others weren?t. 5 stars for taste. 3 stars for price. 3 stars for service. The main reason I go to restaurants is for good tasting food. This... burger did not disappoint, my husband's wings were awesome, he really liked the sauce. Disappointed that it costs $1 to splitsauces, and .75 for ranch. Neither of which I was informed about. The service was slow, but overall I'd still come back. Younever know when someone is having an off day or is super busy so I don't get hung up unless someone is being rude to me.
