Service was good the food was not we got shrimp scampi it was dry no butter sauce everything was cold on the plate even the... salad was not good it had brown pieces of lettuce in it the biscuits was barely warm and have got smaller Red Lobster hasreally gone down we will not go back it was like throwing money away I sent my meal back they did make it fresh but thatshould not happen pictures reflect when one meal was sent back and re done the fish platter was made fresh but must have sat abit was just warm ****new update 10/24/22 endless shrimp new flavors was good red shrimp,tastes like lobster grill fired,parmigiana crusted was good photos added didn’t care for the fried green beans , berry margarita was yummy , and the lobsterlinguine ?? All of the food was very delicious. Very good artichoke dip. Very good snow crab legs. Very good bacon mac and cheese.
Called in pick up order. Hostess was nice when we arrived. We did not mind waiting since we were 15 minutes early and it was our... anniversary. However, was not impressed when we got the food because they gave like one spoon of mashed potatoes for myhusband's NY strip and my salmon was a tiny piece not what was expected with the Caesar salad and the stuffed mushrooms weredefinitely NOT like in the picture. We used to love Red Lobster, but not impressed, we may need to just go back to the one inOmaha. The food did taste good. Read more
Red Lobster in Council Bluffs was great. Food was wonderful but our waitress made our night. We (4 of us) had the shrimp all... you can eat. Valorie was our waitress, kept the food coming, the drinks filled and was an absolute joy. She gave us advice onwhat to try and even showed us how to eat the red shrimp. Very pleasant evening. My waitress Sammy was extremely rude. When I mentioned I needed new silverware because the set at the table was dirty she rolled... her eyes. She smacked her lips at me multiple times when I asked for simple things like a refill. I have been to this locationmultiple times and the service continuously gets worse. I went because my sister was buying. The food was good, service was not. I got a three course meal for the first course I got... soup. I asked for crackers and they had none. How do you sell soup every day and not have crackers? Second course I was supposedto have 3 coconut shrimp only got 2 even after complaining still didn't get it nor did my husband get his 3rd one. My glass oftea stood empty my entire meal. The waitress saw and acknowledged that my glass was empty 3 times before I finally got a refillright before we were about to leave. We visited on Veteran's Day. We love the coconut shrimp. I also had a bowl of clam chowder. Perfect baked potato with butter and... sour cream. We had such a friendly waiter. Mom had a birthday, so she received a free dessert. Who can resist the yummybiscuits! Wonderful birthday lunch! Read more
