Horrible service. The young kid with longer hair was just the rudest person I've ever met. We came in and ordered 3 sandwiches... and he was like "really"? " My sandwich I made myself is going to be cold". Read more
Not sure where they hired from, but the two gems working the counter were the worst ever. The food is Subway's so it was good.
The council bluffs subway on Broadway is my favorite one to go to. The old guy and young kid that work there are awesome. Along... with making your sandwich they make jokes and are hilarious. They are the highlight of my week when I go there for lunch. Ifthey didn't work there I wouldn't eat there as often. Read more
Second time I've order online and paid online for in-store pick up. Both times when I went to the store (at the appropriate... time) my order wasn't even started. Now, I'm waiting for it. I thought by ordering online that would eliminate or minimize thein-store wait. And.... there was not another customer in the store when I arrived for my order. Probably be the last time Iorder through the app. Waste of time. Read more
Ordered a ham, egg and cheese 12 inch on Flatbread toasted. Got to the part where put toppings on, there was no egg. Was then... told they only served that in the morning and could not have the egg. I stated that would have been nice to have been told priorto making. Then as leaving saw the sign that said they served it all day as do all Subways. I asked again about it as thesandwich would not be good without it. The girl again said they don't do egg unless it is morning, I pointed sign out. Finallygot warmed up egg on paper on the side and put together the sandwich at home for my son. Training is definitely needed at thisstore. When pointed out, should never argue especially when it is policy of the store. I will go back to see how things are in amonth, I hope things are better, we all make mistakes, we all have bad days.
