Ordered on the mobile app at 10:27 am on 11/03 and arrived at the store at 10:35. My order had been marked as being made. The... door was locked, but I saw someone in the lobby walking around. I went to go check another door thinking they'd forgotten tounlock it, and a woman opens the door and peaks out and asks, "who are you" in the NASTIEST way, like I was doing somethingwrong being there to get my order. Long story short, and many nasty toned comments towards me, they weren't opening until 11, myorder hadn't been received, and I should just cancel on my app. I couldn't cancel, then I rechecked my app and it was now markedReady at 10:27 am, with no way for a refund on the app. Read more

This taco bell is ALWAYS out of something and theirs always something wrong at this location. I ordered this through door dash... and they were out of nachos fries but yet it wouldn?t let me cancel or change my order. not only did i call taco bell for themto have a attitude and to say they don?t have my order but the door dasher was just as bad. thanks for the terrible experience. This location has been going downhill. Before the pandemic it was the best in town, but now it is one of the worst. Showed up to... try getting my online order today and when i pulled into the drive-through at 11:10 they told me they wouldn't be able to openfor at least another 15 minutes (both of these times are well after when the store is supposed to open) and the staff were allstanding outside the back door and appeared to just be smoking. This isn't the first time i have had an issue with this locationas my orders have been messed up countless times usually with one or several items missing and other times the orders are poorlyassembled and often missing ingredients. They always tell me "go ahead and drive the 20 minutes back to the store and 20 minuteshome again and we'll replace what you're missing" like i actually have time for that. On the brightside 28th and broadway hadbeen doing better lately but the line is almost always really long. *edit* I forgot to mention that They had a piece of papertaped to the speaker basically saying they were out of all ingredients. If you ask for them to exclude something that don?t does as requested . They close there lobby but won?t like people without a... car use the drive though. They would rether Skimp you on products when there low on something because there lazy and The nightshift Typically Consist of tweakers and I have witnessed racism between co workers here 0.5/10 Read more

For starters...hadca sign hung on thru speaker.....short staffed. Didn't get what I ordered. How is that a short staff issue?... Ordered beef Supreme chalupas. Got a chicken of some kind. Got order pretty quick. So...dont understand the wrong items.....nota short staff issue. More of a don't care issue! Read more

I'm not a picky guy whatsoever but this might be the worst fast food experience that I've ever had. This is the second time in a... row that I've been there and they've been out of almost everything on the menu. They completely got my order wrong once againand the cashier was laughing about how bad it was that they were out of everything and got my order wrong bc it has come to thepoint that I have to check it at the window. Wasn't able to offer me everything on my combo and refused to discount it. Fromcustomer service to food quality I couldn't have rated this any lower. I will never go to this place again. A little over a month ago the business confirmed that their hours went until 3 AM. I got to the location at 1:55, sat in the... drive-through with four vehicles in the parking lot of their employees, and waited at the speaker. Not only was I not spoken toor acknowledged, even after trying to engage with someone on a headset, I drove past the drive-through window which stated theywere open. I?ll respect any businesses choice to be open as early or late as they would like to be, however, when you confirmthat you are open until a specific time, you will get multiple people upset if they expect service at that time and not onlyare not able to receive it, but also not even given the common courtesy from any of the employees inside to let them know thatthey had needed to close early for a specific reason. Went through drive thru and asked to pull around to pull around to pick up order. Okay no problem. Sat ten minutes no order So I... went in and the girl at drive thru said to the guys making orders why wasn't this taken out and of course shrugging showers. Iam assuming the guy that brought me the order to counter was the manager boy does he need customer service training. I was hot.I wanted fast food not cold food.
