I normally go to this Taco Bell because the food is always hot! But I was disappointed in them this time. I always get the... crunchy tacos and the shell was cold and somewhat stale, I couldn't even see the meat! I couldn't even eat the tacos I orderedand ate the pintos and cheese I ordered, it was in an oversized dish there was no cheese on top but it wouldn't have matteredthey were cold to. They have no indoor seating anymore so I ate in my car. That's the last time I go there. Read more
Just went through the drive through for a chicken chalupa combo. When I take a bite I get nothing but shell. Open my tacos and... see a very small crumble of chicken and small dash of shredded cheese. That was it. Only one had sour cream. $10 for this? I hadto scrape everything into one taco and it still didn't make a full taco. Last visit I didn't get half of my order. The lobby isalways closed. So you have to wait in line for a half hour to get it corrected. Rude person taking orders. Location not worthgoing to anymore. Read more

Pulled into the drive-thru at 8:07pm, cars in front of me sped off so I googled the hours. This location was supposed to be open... until 9pm, their menu was still lit up so I called the store. I was rudely informed by the girl that they were closed, when Isaid it shows they were open until 9pm she rudely informed me they had no closers and hung up on me. Read more

Was not exactly what I ordered. I ordered regular tacos and they did supreme. They even repeated what I asked for, but charged... for and gave me supreme. The staff was just average and not overly friendly. Most locations I use they are not so seeminglydown. Read more
Came through tonight and had a big order. They were super busy so I could understand some errors. We were missing a crunch wrap... and a taco so we went back through the long line and told them. We get home to enjoy and I find out that my crunch wrap has nobeef..... so I guess I get two soggy hard shell tacos and a crunch wrap with no beef.... I advise you double if not triple checkyour order is correct. I did get a little sass back from the workers I believe it was the cook who was giving a hard time to thecashier. The cashier did give me my potatoes for free when I went back through to get my missing items so thanks to that lady.And when we tried to call the phone made a wild screeching noise so there was no way to contact anyone. Ordered online, Once I got there they informed me they were out of lemonade so I had to get a substitute (no big deal), I paid... extra for a large and they tell me after they are out of large cups and I have to take a small. I ordered extra meat on myDoritos taco, chalupa, and beffy 5 layer burrito, could hardly see any meat on the chalupa or taco but the burrito was loadedwith meat. Was never offered any upgrades or substitutions and my food was cold by the time I got to work (less then 3 minutesdown the road you can see the taco bell from where I work) Read more
