Id give less than 1 star if i could. Unacceptable resolution to taco bell procedures and employees incorrect actions. Rang up an... order of $27 which was the car in front of me at the drive thru. I brought it to their attention at the drive thru. Assistantmanager named Kevin said for me to wait for the refund and call my bank. I'm a senior citizen I feel taken advantage of ! Andafter all of this they still rang me up my original amount of my correct order for $9.61 after they put in for the refund (orso they claim) Couldn't even give me it for free after everything was said and done along with the over draft fee!! Ordered soft shell taco's. Very little meat, and a few veggies. Mostly just a shell. I would suggest the other taco place if... you want to get more of your money's worth. Read more
Usually food is pretty good, though lately a little bit of older veggies have been found; not bad or rotten just older & maybe... didn't get caught. There have been some unpleasant inconsistencies with drinks the last 2 or 3 times delivery was ordered--thatcould very well be the delivery tho, which I did put in the delivery apps' rating info. NOTE: This has only happened when usingdelivery app. I picked off the couple of starting-to-brown lettuce pieces and ate my chicken chalupa, but the drinks did getdumped down the drain. Too weird to risk drinking. & in hind-sight should have taken pics! duh, Lee! Yes, I will get food thereagain, at drive-thru though, not delivery app. If same exact problems, will maybe take a break for a while.....? Read more

This place is 0 stars for me! Waited in line for 30 min with no way to get out of the drive-thru. Then once at the window... another 10min to get food, I thought the one on Broadway was horrible this one is worse. Either get more staff or close,customers deserve more than this, I have patience but when employees are moving with no sense of urgency enough is enough. I hadtime to write this review while at the window still waiting on food smh! Read more
First off, what is the point of serving breakfast if you aren?t going to open until 10 AM?! Anyways, got a soft shell last night... and there was MOLD on my taco shell. Disgusting. I will never go to this location again! Read more
Not a bad new location. Inside is very modern looking and clean. Service was good and the food was as I would expect it to be... from any Taco Bell I visit. I will definitely be back. Only issue I had with the place is that there are no booths which sucksfor people with small children but now that my kids are bigger it isn't a problem anymore. Read more
