Horrible customer service rude unfriendly people I called to talk to a manager about a complaint I had in some kid answer the... phone and said he was the manager I asked him two more times please give me the manager and then he hung up on me so I calledback and then the manager answered the employees that work here are not consumer friendly somebody needs to do something aboutthis place it's in dire need of a fresh overhaul of employees that want to work as well as good customer service ethics. Alsothey claim that they're not taking any orders for doordash GrubHub or Uber eats I've tried to order on all three apps please letme know if this is true if they are not accepting orders from these delivery services then they need to update that accordingly.I'm thinking they just don't want to work and it shows. I sent in a total of THREE doordashes to this location. Every time they told the drivers that someone already took my food. I... have cancelled my doordash order all 3 times and got refunds, and then reordered my food. Every single time they say it is gone.Even though I have sent in NEW orders. Not okay. Disgusting place. Good thing I checked my food before biting into it. There was a long hair in the burger. I wasn't rude enough... to say anything at the window but the staff wasn't too professional looking either. The young man who helped me was wiping hisnose with his bare hand and his boxers were hanging out of his pants. Never again. Read more
I don't know how long it took for this particular Wendy's to get the team right! I have just about given up on them! The orders... usually were messy, slapped together, and always missing something.
