I grew up in country club hills and Baby?s always make me feel right at home. I always order the crispy Philly mix with cheese... fries and watermelon lemonade. I love the greasy goodness hot and fresh food. They make it just the way I like and I am neverdisappointed. My meal was like $15 which is reasonable to me. Service was fast. I can?t believe they selling chicken like this very old and I told them I want to come back out and they told me no I had to... bring it back out tonight in the rain . I?m never coming back here this the third time something was wrong with my food butthree Strikes they are out .. if I can give them no stars i would.. I?m not going to lie the guy at the widow was trying totalk a little stuff but he stay cool and fixed it but the point is I had to come back out after getting off from work . Never will I ever order here again, 40 dollar door dash bill not one fry and an burnt up gyro burger then I call and get treated... with disrespect, condescending and completely taking me for a joke. The crispy steak was full of grease. The lemonade taste like perfume in it and I tried to return and they refused to give refund... because this place doesn't give refunds at all which isn't fair especially if I returned the product minutes later and it wasn'tmade right. Inside is very dirty which is probably why they aren't open for dine in I went in to speak to them about the foodand was disgusted. This food was so delicious and the guy at the drive thru was so patient with my big order. Will be going back again soon !!!
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! You can't go in the building to pick up your food so, you have to go through the drive thru to... pick up your food. Which I do not have a problem with.. My problem is the young lady as your cashier and other employees allowthis foolishness. They purposely made me wait an extra 10-15 min behind a vehicle that was already placed and paid for theirorder. Instead of having the car to go forward for the next customer like they were doing before they made me wait. Shecontinued to be rude with an attitude at the window only because I didn't respond on the intercom for take out orders. Justbecause someone doesn't respond just to pick up their order does not mean to be like that to your customers. That was an act ofunprofessionalism. I will never come back to this place with the type of management to let that happen and allow their employeesto act in such a way. Especially when someone like myself knows everything about hospitality. If I could give a 0 that would bemy review this place doesn't deserve a star. Read more
