When I went here a few times in the morning they either didn't answer the intercom even during open hours or they took your... order. Gave you old donuts and don't even interact with you. I order my items get to the window they tell me the price thanaccept my payment and give me my items and close the window. They don't say thank you or anything. I dig in my bag for a donutand it be dry and sticky. I would appreciate fresh donuts. I'll continue going to another dunkin donuts instead of here. Don?t go to this Dunkin. They have nothing! A complete waste of time and money. My son and I stopped here and they had nothing... to serve. Almost all out of ice cream, no cappuccino blast. No napkins, spoons, not even Splenda for coffee. The cashier wascompletely clueless on how to prepare anything. They don?t care about the customers. The attitude from them made my son feelcompletely awkward. He almost cried. Worst Dunkin store in the area. Go look for a Starbucks or just stop by a grocery store andget your own coffee and donuts. This is thee worst dunkin donuts ever. I mean from the customer service to the employees to the drinks. They aren't friendly,... they rush you, don't take the time to get your order right and disrespectful. One manager and one employee there are super nice.He assisted me with my issue about 2 other employees. Everyone else are trash. They need to fire and conduct interviews or hostemployee trainings on how to be a better employee. Read more
They need better fresher dough nuts, muffins etc ,etc
