The sides wss hot but the rice and noodles were very dry.i did not like when you wanted to order something and you weren't sure,... they let you sample but because they dont do that. Anymore I got something too salty. Read more
If I could give it 0 stars I would. This was my first time ever trying Panda Express and I only went in because my child likes... it and I decided to try it as well. I had a bad experience at this place today that?s all I been thinking about so I just had toleave a review. I will never eat here again. The staff is extremely rude. I waited 10 minutes before anyone took my order. The food counter top had food on it, the chicken carving board was not clean.... The young ladies made food orders and took cash with the same gloves hands. I asked for sauces employee Cyn was rude and loud.If you are expecting great service this Panda Express is not it. Please listen to the one star reviews. I can assure you that what people are saying is correct. Just head over to Orland Park... folks . Good service and shorter wait time. A hour after opening, how do you already have limited options? Rough day aheadindeed for this location. Mind you I waited as they informed me the 15 mins for them to prepare the options since nothing wasready when I got there. First time there. Reading past reviews They must have improved and turned around a bit, cause when I went there, they were out... of some food, but they replenished it after stating I?d wait for more, it didn?t take too long either. I didn?t try the drivethrough though. Food was good like at any other panda. Decent experience overall. I know there are other places I?ve been towhere the workers work faster and are friendlier and more welcoming; but maybe that?s the next step for them. Read more
I was here to pick up a door dash order. Normally I don't have any problems with panda express door dashing but I waited little... over a half an hour and the girl ask me 4 times who the order was for. She kept saying 1 minute when she asked and I tell herthe name then then she kept taking other people that walked in. Another door dash driver said he been waiting a while as well.We might be delivery people but people who ordered actually paid for their food and we have a certain time to have it deliveredby. I can understand if you was really busy and backed up but they was taking people as soon as they walked in. Terribleservice. I will never order from or pick up door dash at this location again!! Gave me the wrong order .. I called the mgr that was on duty name started with the letter A.. he was very nice told me to come... in the next day and the mgr Jason would take care of me.. didn?t make it next day went the following day Today Mgr Jason wasrude and dismissive and he messed up the order again!
