I usually have a good experience with this location but today was not the case. I came in early to get my order and witnessed a... worker throw up in a garbage can next to equipment. Then she went to the bathroom to throw up. She threw up for about 2 minutes.After the last hurl, 5 seconds later she came out mask off wiping her nose and eyes with her unwashed hands. It's always something with this location. Today I was on hold for over 15 minutes only to get to the store and its empty( no... other customers) just the employee in the back talking. And mind you, I'm still on hold waiting for someone to take my order. Iasked why was I on hold for this long and they're not even busy/ they're not even working just standing around talking. My order was wrong. I called to get it corrected. I was told that we could not get a replacement because my daughter bit a wing... to see what flavor it was. She bit it because the employee asked what flavor it was! Employee refused to give me her name. Sherefused to give me the managers name. Manager refused to speak to me. Employee told me that I'd have to call back tomorrow butthey would not replace or correct the food and hung up on me. I went back to the restaurant and employee pretended like shenever saw or spoke to me before. There were only two women in the store. Their physical attributes are very different. I didnot confuse the two.. Time from pick-up to return to the store was 20 min. Employee then suggested that I bring the food soshe could see if it was wrong. If you choose to patronize this location, open all of your bags and containers to verify yourorder even if they rush you out. This location employees and management do not care about giving quality customer service. Read more

Do not order food on line at the this location. I placed an order for delivery, my 3 orders of fries was not in the bag. When I... called up there I was told they were busy( they wasn?t prepared to be busy) that?s why they were missing but I could come pickthem up. If I had the means to go there I would have never selected delivery. I?m so disappointed with this location on 167th. This location just open up. Not a good way to start a new business. and have an unhappy customer. Read more
