I'd like to post 0 stars, since I didn't actually get to dine in. My wife and I decided to come through and see what Buona had... to offer. The store was supposed to open at 10:30am, and we were standing outside at 10:45 with the doors still locked, butsignage outside as well as music playing. I'm not someone that ever posts about restaurants or the such, because I understandthat within each individual business exists unforseen issues that crop up from time to time. I guess I'm just sick of bad or NOservice becoming the norm in society, and I want to know why myself or anyone should bother coming to your establishment if thisis what they can expect? Read more
A nice little restaurant with great food, got the grilled chicken spicy avocado sandwich with french fries, the chicken sandwich... was done just right and the french fries were nice and crisp. The dining room had a really nice decor and was very clean. Thestaff was very friendly and even got a little history on the restaurant from the manager on duty. I definitely would recommend,give this one a try. Read more
The staff was really kind, and patient while we decided what we wanted to order. The food arrived soon after we ordered, much... faster then I expected! I ordered the double dog with cheese fries and enjoyed every bite! 10/10 would recommend. Read more
Excellent service/staff, delicious food and great for people on the go. I love their dine in or drive thru options. Their... charbroiled chicken sandwich and salads are delicious. Their pizza is not my favorite but everything else is fantastic. Trytheir grilled slenders with the Buona sauce. Read more
This location has superiorly trained staff, welcoming, responsive to my requests, and had nice suggestive practices, if Angela... would've asked I probably wouldn't have bought cookies. The store has always been very, very clean. Been there 2 times in thelast 90 days. Clean tables/clean washrooms. The napkins, forks and soda fountain eere well stocked. The ketchup pumper wasempty, but they took care of that with packets immediately. One thing I like a lot is there kids meals, and their pointssystem. Food-you really can't go wrong. Great beef, delicious cheeseburger, pizza was very tasty. My wife almost always gets asalad and likes coming back. Roomy spacious and clean dining area. Management deserves the credit. Read more
It's a nice building and has good atmosphere. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We had a party of 4 so we had a... good menu sampling. The beef sandwich is standard Chicago fare. Good Italian bread and hot peppers top it offperfectly. Don't sleep on the chicken. My son had the chicken Parm sandwich and absolutely loved it. The salads looked verygood. After having a bad experience with a beef bowl at portillos, the beef bowl at Buona was excellent. Very goodpresentation and good quantity. We ordered to go. They forgot our fries. My kids chicken tenders were cold. The salad dressing that typically comes with the... Buffalo chicken salad was not provided. Instead we were given a much smaller cup of ranch. We enjoy buona beef, however thislocation did not provide the quality we are used to at other locations. When looking for a last minute dinner on a busy night,we will look for different options in the future. Read more
