The service was exceptional but my fries were cold.
I can not describe how crazy they made me feel. I went through drive through and ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 hash browns for... breakfast. They never repeated the order and charged me for 3 very expensive sandwiches when I just wanted $1 biscuits. When Iasked for it to be fixed they gave me the sandwiches that were $3 less each and expected me to leave without the $9 refund. Inever got my money back. I been a customer for over a year and I mostly come here and get my food 2 times a week and there?s this lady name Claudia she... is taken orders for the ppl on the drive through and she is always being rude or silly with me and more ppl that have told meabout her! sometimes she?s acting that she can?t hear me but when the other ppl pull?s up she can hear them very good I don?tthink this okay for her to be doing that with customers and then when you are telling her what you want for your order, she isalways giving me something different as what I Order ! Can someone speak to her and stop doing this !! If she doesn?t understandEnglish then put someone who does understand!! Or someone who can Hear ???? It's been a long time since I've stepped into a McDonald's. This location only had orange juice and coffee available. This... wasn't breakfast either, 3 in the afternoon. I'm guessing the soft drink machines weren't working. I ordered using a kioskwhich was pleasant enough until I completed my order and the kiosk informed me the payment system wasn't working on that unit.Order cancelled and I went to the next kiosk. Was quick since I already knew what I wanted. After I ordered the system asked meto enter a table to have food delivered to. I thought that's a nice feature. After payment was completed, it printed a blankreceipt, no text, just the paper. I waited at the table for 5 minutes. Food wasn't delivered, the staff had just left it at thecounter. The self order kiosks are a nice concept, but this time around was a fail. This store also missed out on soft drinksales. Food was good though. Read more
