Talk about rude, impolite and my entire order was completely wrong! Moira kept staring at me and my husband - made us feel very... uncomfortable. Pumpkin spice flavoring wasn't added to our latte, asked for a pumpkin scone got the loaf and the chai tea wascold. C'mon people get with the standards. Read more
Poor customer service, never updates their mobile app and claims the drinks and menu items are ?out of stock ? but when you go... into the location they have it all. They avoid order ahead orders. Read more

Wonderful staff! I visit very often to get work done and they're never super noisy. Very helpful when needed as well.
We have received more drinks made poorly or not at all how we ordered them than we have otherwise. We've been to many Starbucks... locations, and our orders are not complicated in the slightest bit. Starbucks is very consistent across all locations, yetsomehow this location remains consistently awful. Read more
This place deeply disappointed me yesterday. We were at the speaker in the drive through line and a gentleman inside was ready... to take our order. When we were ready to order, another woman's voice came on and said "We are closed for today". How does anestablishment close while taking an order. The time was 7:14 PM. Anyway, very disrespectful to waste people's time like that,after waiting in line at the drive through. Definitely won't be returning to this location. Never again. I don't want to have mytime wasted by a frustrated employee. Read more
This location has drive through and comfy atmosphere if you like to spend some time inside. Baristas are nice, professional and... welcoming. Free parking, internet, and wireless charging too. They have comfy chairs beside Starbucks signature wooden tablesand chairs which are surprisingly very comfortable. Perfect place to chill out, meet friends or study if you aren't one of thosewho get distracted by background music/noise. I usually use noise blocking headphones and they work fine. If you use the app tobuy you can have unlimited coffee/tea refills for free. Read more
Drive thru took forever. Got to the window where Moira didn't even greet me. She was very rude and apparently unhappy to be... working. Never in a million years would I expect to be treated like garbage from an establishment like this. Will never return Read more
