This is the worst Taco Bell in the Chicago area. I drive Uber so I've dined at many of them. Always a disappointment here. The... employees are professional and friendly but they serve the smallest portions Taco Bell must allow. More tortilla thaningredients, consistently. While unfortunately I had to rate you a star but really , you did not deserve a star. Been here four times for breakfast around 7:30 to 7:45 in the morning and every single time the doors to the inside Area are... locked and when I pull around into the drive-thru no one answers. If you're going to open up later then you need to change yourhours of operation. Read more
The girl at the window just wasn't paying attention. Like she wasn't looking at my order or something. There was the wrong drink... filled and attempted to give us. Then she handed us our order without checking to see if it was complete. Then I had itcorrected but then she handed the food back to us assuming it was complete and said have nice day. I checked the order and shedidn't add our missing items. I had to walk into the store and they told me I had left without it, and I corrected them sayingno? She didn't bother to give it to me. I understand the environment is fast paced. But if you're trying to give people thewrong food and missing items, then come on, get it together.
