Very friendly staff. Could have been swept up a bit. Food was hot. Parking was plentiful. Overall, a good experience.
DO NOT ORDER ANY SAUCES! the Saucey queen at the pick up window will Make your feel like you asked for his heart on the... platter, if he has any heart. Kid, painting your nails blue and having a fake high pitch tone doesn?t make you an actual queen.Drop the attitude. You life is just handing out sauces. Read more
Terrible Terrible Terrible. Went through the drive thru and they didn't give us straws, I walked up to the window and knocked on... it and the girl said with attitude that I didn't need to knock on the window, when I told her about the straws she handed mesome and shut the window. I called the manager to complain and she hung up on me. I tried calling back, they wouldn't answer thephone. When they finally did more attitude no apology. Bad service will not be going to the Wendy's in countryside Illinoisagain. As I told her, shame on you. Read more
Every time i come here it?s straight disappointment whether is wrong orders or rude workers. Kid at the window tonight with... glasses was super rude, and took a good 5 minutes to even take my order at drive thru(although there was no customers in frontof me or inside from the looks of it) Read more
The bourbon bacon cheeseburger is amazing, and can't wait to try the pub burger. I don't know what's going on with the app... though. It just doesn't work. Not just for this store. seems to be a big problem (googled it). Love a good Wendy's Read more
Hands down the worst Wendy?s, years ago it was always quality and consistent. New staff just sucks. Food is never fresh here,... even chili is always cold. Miss having this place to hit up late night. Read more
This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. For whatever no matter what time I go but especially in the morning, the girl who... takes your order always has a bad attitude. She makes it very difficult to ask questions. They always mess up our order. They goout of their way not to give you receipts. This location is horrible. I fell in love with Wendy's because they seemed to hirenice people. This location should go out of business. We refuse to go to this location anymore. Absolutely awful staff. Read more
