Stopped in for a quick bite. Stood in line for several minutes before I was even acknowledged and it gave me the impression that... everyone who worked here hated their job! Store was out of seasoned slider patties? Service was friendly on a Thursday night, but the sliders I did get were soggy. Not... the usual steam damp. Just...weird, wet bread. Read more
You can never go wrong with White Castle & they got our order right ! One tip..you have to ASK for ketchup and mustard now..it... doesn't automatically come with burgers anymore. Friendly service lady was nice enough to advise me. Read more
Service was good. Drive thru was fast, order was right and the employee was polite. Only one complaint, the employee behind the... employee in the drive thru was yelling the FWORD. Not professional. There could have been children in my car. Read more
Other than the extremely rude girl with a bridge piercing. Who commented "it's a good thing I'm wearing a mask because I... always forget to smile" it was a good experience. The other workers were friendly and didn't act like they wanted harm to cometo the customers the way she did. Read more
I gave this place 4 stars based on my experience with other White Castle locations. The food was as expected and consistent... with other locations. The 1921 burger is my new favorite and it's tasty. Also, I'm a fan of the WC onion rings! The staff atthis location seems to be friendly than other locations I've been too. Not that I'm complaining about the service at otherlocations. They just seem to be happier here. The atmosphere was a bit lacking. It's really small inside and the layout is abit different but hey, take it with a grain of salt. It's not like I expected a fine dining experience with whitetablecloths. I like this White Castle location. Read more
Food was great, only issue was the employees. We pulled up to the drive thru, and sat in silence for 5 mins. There was a car in... front of us at the window so we knew they were still open, we said 'Hello?' and the lady annoyed responded 'We'll help you in asecond'. Sat there for another 10 mins and finally took our order. Only plus side was we received our door pretty quickly. Read more
