This place has everything for 4-5 stars - location, food and looks. I gave it 2 stars because if there is one thing that can... really spoil the experience is being too cold and the owner has the thermostat locked up while the patio door is left open.Another patron just closed the door after she heard the staff tell me there was nothing they could do. Excellent dinner after arriving in Coupeville from Port Townsend located right across the street from the ferry terminal. I had... order the 6 oz black angus top sirloin adding scampi jumbo prawns. The sirloin was cooked to my desired temprature, the prawnswere accompanied by a roasted tomato and garlic marinade, and the potato's were crispy and fluffy. I was genuinely surprisedby the taste and quality of the meal. For years we passed by thinking we'd try it some day for lunch. I plan on coming backfor Dinner, Lunch, and Breakfast. Read more
Great restaurant with friendly staff and very delicious fresh food. The adult grilled cheese and fire roasted tomato bisque soup... was amazing! My son thoroughly enjoyed the Beechers mac and cheese while my husband and other son loved the fish and chips. Read more
A lovely place to eat. The starter was excellent, in particular the bread. The mains were extremely well cooked (salmon was very... flavourful) and came quickly. The desserts were at least as good as the mains and were the star of the show. Read more

I love this restaurant. The waitress, Amy (sp?) was great. Real helpful and very efficient. The food was really good. I had fish... and chips and my wife had penn cove mussels. My food was great. The homemade tarter sauce had a lot of dill and was very tasty.The fish was not very big, more like fingerlings but tasty. I was happy with the meal and the coffee was great. My wife had themussels which, she said were really good. They have a lot of selections in the menu. We went for lunch. I really wantedchicken-fried steak but I arrived too late.
