I took the family and a friend here. This was the first time dining here despite living on the island for over 30 years. Sat on... the deck, ordered our food, drinks and requested some bread. Two more people were seated to our right and left. For some reasonthey both got the same appetizers the we ordered before us and also received their main meals before us. We did get theappetizers eventually but after our main meal. It was a real eye opener to hear the waiter talk and treat the other people theway we should have been treated. The so called 5 cheese pizza looked so bad and had more like 5 single shreds of cheese ratherthan what they show in pictures. As a local Small business owner it's a real disappointment to be treated like this in your owncommunity. Neve again. Read more
Very Overpriced and slow service (45 minutes to get 4 plates of pasta), hard to get the attention of waiters (even if there was... 4 of them in a half empty restaurant). Food was mediocre, overcooked, over spicy or blunt, small portions, and breadaccompanying the plates was the cheapest you can get. As an Italian, very disappointed. Please, please: improve. I can tell youthat cooking Alfredo or tomato sauce is easy, focus on making it right. You are the only Italian restaurant around: be up to thestandards. Read more
Ciao is truly authentic and delicious! I want to try everything on the menu but sometimes I can't help but order my favorite... eggplant sandwich (so unique and yummy!). Every single thing is wonderful, wholesome, delicious and real. The staff is great,the dining is great, food is amazing... the best I've had outside of Italy where I have lived. Read more
WOW this has to be the best Italian food I have ever had. In fact it was so good I went back the next day with my girlfriend.... The moment you walk in you feel like your walking into an Italian grandmas house the scent of fresh pasta being cooked hits yournose. Read more
Had a meal here the other day. I really enjoyed myself. We had a bottle of the Chianti, the garlic bread, gnocchi and pizza. The... service was super good and kind and prompt. I didn?t love the pizza but I did love the gnocchi. Read more
Authentic Italian food. With GF pizza crust options. Out of the 6 of us all loved their meals. Fresh pasta made in house and... cold Italian beer lovely table outside and staff was very friendly and informative. Read more
