Papa John's is one of the newest pizza restaurants in Courtenay, and it is exceptional all-around! Papa John's offers memorable... flavours with a great selection of customizable options so that everyone can find something they'll enjoy. The quality of thepizza is well above average and is on the less greasy side too. I have placed several larger orders from here (10+ pizzas at atime) and they have always been made quickly and accurately too. The staff are always so friendly when I come in, I always havefelt the service is consistently awesome here. This is my go-to pizza place and I highly recommend them for anyone wanting totry something new! Read more
Pizza was as expected nothing special however the lack of training the counter staff have is unreal. Took 10 minutes to explain... I was there to pick up an order and pay with my card. The poor lady had no clue how to operate the debit machine, could barelyspeak English, and the ? cooks? all just stood there and stared at me. The franchise dropped the ball with this location and theowner needs to step up and properly train their staff. Read more
Food was super good. Should I have eaten it? Probably not lol. Delivery service was a little weird. First they forgot one of the... pizzas but went back to grab it from the car. Seal was broken on the box(i?m assuming to check if it was the right pizza?) butthe pizza was fine. Second pizza had a hot green pepper beside the pizza?? The delivery man was super polite otherwise. The pizza was ok and the counter staff were terrific but there was a man in there berating the staff. Now, I don't know if the... cooks were too slow or what but, regardless, I don't care to hear a manager hollering at everyone. Conduct yourself withprofessionalism, man! Read more
