Ordered at 4:30 pm and at 5:50 pm I get a call saying the order is late and I?ll be arriving in 20mins. At 6:10 pm the order... arrived with two undercooked pizzas. I called for a remake and at 7:30 pm the remake arrives again undercooked. So I called andcomplained once again. Throughout this whole ordeal, I was calling the store over and over again and repeatedly got ?screened?and sent to voicemail. Spoke to 3-4 different people who every time had no clue what was going on. Finally, At 8:20 pm I gotfed up and drove to the store with all the uncooked pizza and requested a full refund of my order. Placed an order for delivery I thought, it came up at end as pickup. Called 4 times to try and correct. Kept getting call... centre. They couldn't connect me to the store. Gave up canceled. Too automated no customer service. Read more

Cesar salad smelled sour and tasted bitter. Crust was undercooked and tough and stuffed crust was hard and not gooy tho it was... warm. Will not recommend and not buy again. Read more
I just waited an hour for 2 medium pizzas, then when they got here, one of them was fine but the other was horrible. Not the... ingredients on the pizza, but the way it was prepared. The pizza was a stuffed crystal chicken ceaser pizza but the dough waspaper thin and the ingredients had come off in delivery! The crust wasn't even connected to the pizza itself before cooking, soall the cheese in the crust just went straight onto the pizza making large thick chunks of cheese on an oily paper thin, sauceless crust. On top of that a tried calling 3 times and rang until voice-mail everytime. Very unhappy. Read more
