Nice store, friendly staff I just cant get used to it, to look at cardboard displays, rather than the real food items.

EDIT: Adding another star, my service today with the barista was fantastic...competent-kind-attentive... they were also wearing... the most amazing gold glasses! ???? Came in around 3pm OLD REVIEW: First time at this location was an evening before close. Theladies were the sweetest and our drinks were BANGING. I've come a few mornings before work, different a.m staff obviously....butthe same staff across the mornings. Not only do they lack any warmth towards the customers- (or at least to me)- but my drinksare gross, overheated ...like burnt espresso overheated, burn your tongue overheated, Can't drink for twenty mins overheated,lacking all flavor. They don't plate their food with care and the facility is freezing. If you ask a question or for an itemthey act like you disturbed the deepest most personal conversation . No eye contact, no acknowledgment. Just not happy with thevibe of the morning staff or quality of drinks made. Read more
Im not one to complain but I went in ordered 2 drinks, there was one lady ahead of me, it took the barrista 10 minutes to make 3... drinks, then she made mine, left it by the espresso machine and walked away to help another customer who was already beingserved. I worked as a supervisor at Starbucks in Vancouver and at this very store in the past. The speed of service andknowledge have gone done significantly. Read more
Smallish store, but the best I have been in on the Island so far. I am there weekly to get my markout. The older staff are... friendly and chatty, and 2 of the baristas know how to make a great flat white ???? This is my go-to store. Read more
It was really busy when I went, I made a mobile order and could see my order sitting on the shelf, I asked the staff about it... twice and they said it was coming, finally the third time they actually handed it to me and told me ?next time tell us you?rehere so we know??.I had done that twice. A little unorganized but the order was made correctly (though melted as I waited 20minutes in the store when it had already been made)and ended up being late for work, I?d go again but definitely won?t ordermobile!
