Personally I'd rather go to McDonald's for drive through service. They're twice as fast as Tim Hortons plus they give seniors... discount on coffee which Hortons never do and probably never will. Read more
No drive thru non-exsistent service. Went in and stood at the counter for several minutes and wasnt so much as acknowledged.... The store was nearly entirely empty and the two women working there behind the counter blatantly ignored me while theconversed. As someone who has worked in customer service a long time to not, AT LEAST, tell your only customer that you need aminute to get to them abysmal. Read more

This is the second review I?m leaving this monstrosity of a place they are calling a Tim Horton?s. I?ve said it once and I?ll... say it again this is the worst Timmies I?ve ever been to, they tell you ?hang on a second? at the speaker always which createshorrible congestion in the drive thru line. Waaaay to expensive for quality! $1.99 donuts are DEFINITELY not worth it, my order is almost always wrong. Flavor adds are not... worth it; $.30 and I can NEVER taste it. This was the last straw with the ignorant service.. lost my business now Read more
The new staff are rude. I went through the drive through and when I got to the window the employee didn't say one thing to me.
